Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using riseandrollfoundation.org ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Rise & Roll Foundation

Rise & Roll Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation organized under the laws of California. Our mission is to provide wheelchairs, mobility equipment, and adaptive technology to disabled veterans, police officers, and first responders with service-connected disabilities.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false or misleading information in applications or forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your profile and applications.

Equipment Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or equipment delivery. All applications are reviewed by our team. Eligibility is limited to individuals with service-connected disabilities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

Equipment provided by Rise & Roll Foundation is given at no cost to the recipient. Recipients agree that equipment is intended for personal use and may not be resold.

Donations

Donations to Rise & Roll Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donations are processed securely through Stripe. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Recurring donations may be canceled at any time. Refund requests for one-time donations should be directed to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of Rise & Roll Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise & Roll Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rise & Roll Foundation, its board members, officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
